Hoppers Auto Mechanics. Best European car repairs in Victoria

Genuine, OEM, Aftermarket & Used Parts

The right part for your car and your budget

A late-model car still under warranty may call for genuine parts, while an older run-about might be better served by a quality used or OEM-equivalent part at a fraction of the price. We source from trusted suppliers and recyclers, including hard-to-find components for European models, and check every part before it goes on your car. You’ll see each option side by side with its price and warranty, so the choice is always yours.

How We Work

Matched to Your VIN, Checked Before Fitting

Getting the exact right part first time saves you time, money and a second visit.

VIN-Based Part Matching

Many cars, especially European ones, change parts mid-production. We use your vehicle identification number to confirm the correct part number before ordering.

Every part is inspected on arrival, and used parts are checked for wear, damage and correct fitment.

Plans & Budget Discussion

Are you keeping the car for years, selling soon or nursing an older car along? Your plans shape which part gives you the best value, so we ask before we quote.

They can be excellent value when properly sourced and checked. We don’t use second-hand parts for safety-critical items such as brake pads.

Not if they meet the manufacturer’s specifications. Australian Consumer Law allows suitable non-genuine parts to be used during servicing.

New parts carry the maker’s or supplier’s warranty, and used parts usually have a shorter one. We’ll confirm the cover in your quote.
