Manufacturer-Scheduled Log Book Servicing

Your warranty protected, your history complete

Every new car comes with a service schedule set by its maker, and following it is what keeps your warranty valid. Under Australian Consumer Law, you can have that work done by any qualified independent mechanic, as long as the schedule is followed and suitable parts are used. We complete every item on your car’s list, use spec-matched parts and fluids, and stamp your logbook – printed or digital – so your service history stays complete for resale.

How We Work

Every Item on the Schedule, Every Time

We follow your manufacturer’s checklist for your car’s exact age and kilometres.

Interval-Specific Checklists

Each service interval has its own list of tasks, from oil and filters to spark plugs, coolant and brake fluid. We look up yours and tick off every one.

Where the car needs a service reminder reset or a new battery registered, our diagnostic equipment takes care of it.

Logbook & Records Check

We start by checking which services have been done and what’s due next. Any concerns you mention are noted and inspected before the work begins.

Log Book Service - FAQs

Log book servicing, explained
Will an independent log book service void my warranty?

No. The ACCC confirms you can use any qualified mechanic, provided they follow the manufacturer’s schedule and use genuine or equivalent-quality parts.

It depends on the interval. Most include an oil and filter change, fluid top-ups, brake and tyre checks and a safety inspection, while larger services add items such as spark plugs or brake fluid.

Most cars need one every 12 months or 10,000–15,000 km, whichever comes first. Some European models use condition-based intervals shown on the dashboard.

Many newer cars, especially European brands, use digital service history. We’ll record the service in whichever format your car uses.

Book in as soon as you can. We’ll bring the car up to date and record the service so your history is as complete as possible.

It varies with your car and the interval due. We’ll quote a fixed price upfront so there are no surprises.

We use genuine or OEM-equivalent parts that meet your manufacturer’s specifications.

Of course. Sticking to the schedule after the warranty ends still protects reliability and resale value.
